Larry Comp – IMA Financial Services National Practice Leader
Larry Comp serves as IMA Financial Services’ National Practice Leader for Total Compensation Solutions. Prior to joining IMA, Larry held senior leadership roles with LTC Performance Strategies, Baxter Healthcare and Nissan Motor Corporation. He is co-author of 3 executive compensation books, taught compensation for UCLA and has helped over 1,500 organizations in meeting their compensation and related performance development needs. Larry holds a master’s degree in human resources management and has been accredited as a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) and a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
